The Blaster Helmet by SWEET PROTECTION is a new take on in-mold winter helmets that is focused on great coverage and high performance.
The SWEET PROTECTION Blaster Helmets combines state of the art engineering and materials with top-notch details. This ski and snowboard helmet is not only a versatile, but also extremely lightweight and weights just 400 g. The absorption-layer features SWEET PROTECTION's unique "Integrated Impact Shields" technology that distributes and absorbs energy through “shields” in different densities.
The polyester liner is removable and washable, and the "OcciGrip" system ensures an easily customized fit of the Blaster Helmet by SWEET PROTECTION.
- In-Mold Technology: In-mold construction is a technique that directly fuses the shock absorbing EPS liner with the Polycarbonate shell to create a lightweight and strong structure
- Integrated Impact Shields: This is a impact protection technology integrated in the EPS core of a helmet. Through a strategic placement of volumes and ribs in curved shapes, it creates an optimized impact geometry, distributing the impacts over a larger surface area
- Occigrip: A low volume helmet adjustment system that is easy to use. The Occigrip construction provides a firm and comfortable fit and prevents the helmet from rotating on your head.
- Direct Ventilation: A total of 8 penetration proof vents will keep your head cool
- Moisture Wicking Polyester Liner: Quick drying, removable and washable
- Channeled Ventilation: Air channels in the EPS core links up intakes and outlets and generate an efficient flow of air
- Fitpads: A snug and comfortable helmet fit is important. Place the Fitpads according to the supplied manual for the ultimate personalized fit
- Weight: 400 g

We deliver by DHL within 1-3 business days to your home address in Germany and within 3-5 business days to addresses in other European countries. Shipping insurance is always included. Shipping overseas takes around 2-3 weeks with standard service. The delivery times to other countries will be indicated individually.
Because of the relatively small factory inventories at outdoor clothing collections, we can not guarantee for constant availability of all parts of our online collection. You can contact us via email or phone before your order to ask us about the current availability. In case of delivery delays we will inform you via e-mail, fax or telephone. Shipments to mailboxes are not possible.

For bulky goods we calculate the actual costs as surcharge fee for each product. As an example bulky goods are: Ski (with a length of more than 160 cm), bicycles, mountain bikes, and volume elements for climbing walls. Bulky goods can be recognized by an additional labeling in the product selection, indicating a shipping rate in the prefix, which will be added as an additional charge for the product in the cart. You never pay more than indicated in your shopping cart. Partial delivery causes no additional costs within EU countries and Switzerland; please enter a phone number where you are reachable during the day.
Orders are shipped only when all previous deliveries already have been paid.
