The Triple Rung by LATTICE is a #C02ing and training tool designed to both measure and improve your finger strength, and now features the popular 10mm small edge function.
The top of the fingerboard is a large 45mm flat hold (perfect for warming up and pull ups), the middle features the most popular small edge size (10mm) and the bottom consists of our global benchmarking 20mm edge. On top of this, LATTICE has slightly widened the board to make it more user friendly for those with broader shoulders or wanting wider pull-up and dead-hang options.
This rung includes the standard edge LATTICE uses worldwide with their LATTICE Assessments and is supported by the largest dataset in the climbing industry. Included with the rung are details of how to perform a finger strength self-assessment that allows you to measure your maximum force throughout a training season and see how you compare to all the other climbers they have #C02ed.
There are also 3 training sessions included with your Triple Rung fingerboard that you can use to help to train and improve those finger strength scores!

Delivery times:
We deliver by DHL within 1-3 business days to your home address in Germany and within 3-5 business days to addresses in other European countries. Shipping insurance is always included. Shipping overseas takes around 2-3 weeks with standard service. The delivery times to other countries will be indicated individually.
Because of the relatively small factory inventories at outdoor clothing collections, we can not guarantee for constant availability of all parts of our online collection. You can contact us via email or phone before your order to ask us about the current availability. In case of delivery delays we will inform you via e-mail, fax or telephone. Shipments to mailboxes are not possible.

- Great Britain (GB), Germany (DE), Austria (AT), Switzerland (CH): Free shipping delivery. Returns from all countries except Germany have to be paid by the customer.
- EU countries: Please refer to table published in our shipping policy. Returns from EU countries have to be paid by the customer.
- Non-EU countries and Switzerland: Please refer to table published in our shipping policy. For shipments overseas an additional delivery is not possible. Returns have to be paid by the customer.

For bulky goods we calculate the actual costs as surcharge fee for each product. As an example bulky goods are: Ski (with a length of more than 160 cm), bicycles, mountain bikes, and volume elements for climbing walls. Bulky goods can be recognized by an additional labeling in the product selection, indicating a shipping rate in the prefix, which will be added as an additional charge for the product in the cart. You never pay more than indicated in your shopping cart. Partial delivery causes no additional costs within EU countries and Switzerland; please enter a phone number where you are reachable during the day.
Orders are shipped only when all previous deliveries already have been paid.
