The Avez Heavy Rds Down Jacket by SALEWA for men is a very warm, waterproof men's down jacket for use in extreme cold.

Providing warmth and protection - that is the declared aim of the Avez Heavy Rds Down Jacket by SALEWA. It takes its name from the mighty Avez peak, and the iconic Ortles Heavy Down high-altitude touring jacket serves as its model: the Avez offers natural comfort and maximum thermal performance with a modern design.

The durable, 2-layer, PU-coated and waterproof Powertex Ripstop shell withstands even the worst weather conditions. The high-quality, soft outer material is coated with a DWR finish (durable water repellent) and bluesign® certified to ensure the lowest possible impact on people and the environment.

The filling made of high-quality, pure 90/10 duck down with a bulking power of 750 cuin and a comfortable, down-proof inner lining further improve the thermal performance. The zoned 3D down chamber construction keeps the insulation exactly where it is needed most and improves the bulking power. The ergonomically shaped sleeves and shoulders ensure a good fit and full freedom of movement with a generous length and athletic cut. Our down is certified to the Responsible Down Standard and comes from independently audited and traceable farms where animals are neither fattened nor plucked alive.

Two large, elasticated inner pockets and two zipped outer pockets offer plenty of storage space.
