The Junior by DEUTER features the proven Airstripes back system for effective ventilation.
The S-shaped shoulder straps with Soft-Edge finish make it comfortable to carry and the sternum strap keeps the pack securely in place, even when running hard. In addition to a spacious main compartment, it has a stretch stash pocket on the front and stretch side pockets for a whole host of items. The extra-tough, PFAS-free recycled fabric (using 13 x 0.5-liter PET bottles for each pack) makes this product a practical companion for all their explorations in the natural world.

- 210D Polyamide (recycled): 50% of the yarn is used from recycled raw materials.
- 600D Polyester: Woven from 600 denier polyester yarn and with a thick PU coating, this tear resistant and light fabric is highly versatile. Whenever it’s about keeping the weight of the backpack as low as possible with moderate stress, then this is the ideal solution.
- PFAS-free: This product is free of per- & polyfluorinated chemicals. DEUTER thus reduces the use of environmentally harmful substances that pollute the environment and health. PFAS is used, among other things, as a coating for rain protection, as they have water-, dirt- and grease-repellent properties. Instead, DEUTER now uses DWR (Durable Water Repellency) impregnation that is harmless to health and the environment
