The Parapet Short by ARCTERYX is a versatile, lightweight casual hiking short for women made from highly durable TerraTex™ fabric.
The Parapet Short by ARCTERYX is designed for the trail but has a contemporary styling that makes it an excellent short for travel and casual wear. Freedom of movement, an ARCTERYX design essential, is built in with carefully articulated patterning, a gusseted crotch and the TerraTex™ fabric’s stretch. The shorter length and women’s specific trim fit add another layer of ergonomic freedom. The Parapet’s wide waistband offers a clean look and is exceptionally comfortable, even under a hip belt.

ARCTERYX designs for use, and that means selecting fabrics that deliver function without sacrificing comfort. TerraTex™, a plain weave nylon blend that is one of the most versatile fabrics ARCTERYX employs, makes the Parapet Short perfect for summer weather and long trails. TerraTex™ provides sun protection and is quick to dry. Highly air permeable, it stays cool and breezy. Elastane fibres are added for performance stretch and the comfortable nylon weave provides durability without feeling heavy or stiff.

Because of the relatively small factory inventories at outdoor clothing collections, we can not guarantee for constant availability of all parts of our online collection. You can contact us via email or phone before your order to ask us about the current availability. In case of delivery delays we will inform you via e-mail, fax or telephone. Shipments to mailboxes are not possible.

For bulky goods we calculate the actual costs as surcharge fee for each product. Bulky goods can be recognized by an additional labeling in the product selection, indicating a shipping rate in the prefix, which will be added as an additional charge for the product in the cart. You never pay more than indicated in your shopping cart. Partial delivery causes no additional costs within EU countries and Switzerland; please enter a phone number where you are reachable during the day.
Orders are shipped only when all previous deliveries already have been paid.
