Primus
The Swedish company Primus is renowned for its reliable outdoor stoves. For over a hundred years Primus stoves have been used in mountaineering ventures and expeditions. In 1911 Roald Amundsen used a Primus stove on his South Pole expedition. Just like Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay, who cooked their meals on a Primus stove on their first ascent of Mount Everest in 1953. Today Primus also manufactures bottles, cookware and other equipment for the outdoor kitchen besides their famous stoves of course.
