Delivery time:

We deliver by DHL within 2-3 business days to your home address in Germany and within 5-7 business days to addresses in the European countries. Shipping insurance is always included. Shipping overseas takes around 3-4 weeks with standard service. The delivery times in other countries will be indicated individually.

Because of the relatively small factory inventories at outdoor clothing collections, we can not guarantee for the constant availability of all parts of our online collection. You can contact us via email or phone before your order to ask us about the current availability. In case of delivery delays we will inform you via e-mail, fax or telephone. Shipments to mailboxes are not possible.

Shipping costs:

  • Germany (DE), Austria (AT): Free shipping delivery. The minimum order is EUR 20.00. Returns from Austria have to be paid by the customer.
  • EU countries: Please refer to table published in our shipping policy. For EU countries the minimum order is EUR 20.00. Returns from Finland are free of charge. Returns from other EU countries have to be paid by the customer.
  • Non-EU countries and Switzerland: Please refer to table published in our shipping policy. There is a minimum order of EUR 20.00. For shipments overseas an additional delivery is not possible. Returns have to be paid by the customer.

For bulky goods we calculate the actual costs as surcharge fee for each product. As an example bulky goods are: Ski (with a length of more than 160 cm), bicycles, mountain bikes, and volume elements for climbing walls. Bulky goods can be recognized by an additional labeling in the product selection, indicating a shipping rate in the prefix, which will be added as an additional charge for the product in the cart. You never pay more than indicated in your shopping cart. Partial delivery causes no additional costs within EU countries and Switzerland; please enter a phone number where you are reachable during the day.

Orders are shipped only when all previous deliveries already have been paid.

The goods are and remain property of eXXpozed - sports & fashion until the complete payment of the invoice sum is made.
